A Partnership to Remember ..
Today, I want to write about a true partnership and collaboration that has been very meaningful and successful in many ways built through consistent engagement for over 3 years. A true partnership is never one-sided - it always takes 2 hands to clap. But when these 2 hands are thousands of miles apart, in different timezones, how do you establish that foundation of trust, that give-and-take relationship, that shared accountability which are the cornerstones of partnership? Yet, it happened because we were united in a mission, a belief that the best ideas emerge when we collaborate rather than compete. When partnership is strong, outcomes are stronger.
